It is the latest phase of the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, which places obligations on energy suppliers to deliver energy efficiency measures to eligible households.
Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF)

Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) Grants
The Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) is a government-led initiative aimed at promoting the adoption of low-carbon heating solutions in residential properties across England and Wales. It offers subsidy grants to encourage property owners to replace traditional boilers with more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly alternatives, such as Heat Pumps.
Public Decarbonisation Fund (PDF)
The Public Decarbonisation Fund is a government-led initiative aimed at supporting public sector organizations in the United Kingdom to reduce carbon emissions from their operations. The fund provides financial assistance for projects focused on improving energy efficiency, implementing renewable energy technologies, and decarbonising public buildings and infrastructure.
Zero Carbon Group were appointed to support us in the completion of a number of schemes which involved works to terraced and semi-detached homes of non-traditional concrete panel construction. The objective was to carry out extensive exterior enveloping works including installation of EWI and some internal alterations to improve energy efficiency and comfort for the occupants. Throughout this process, Zero Carbon Group proved they could deliver safely, on time, to specification and in accordance with budget.
